1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, as agreed. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
⇒ Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.
⇒ Cancellations made within 3 days of the event may result in full or partial charges.
⇒ In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

3. Setup Requirements
⇒ The client must provide a safe, clean, and adequate space for setup.
⇒ Setup area must be flat and accessible.
⇒ We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is deemed unsafe.

4. Responsibility & Supervision
⇒ Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.
⇒ 5 Star Events ICT is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
⇒ Equipment is intended for age appropriate use only.

5. Equipment Use & Care
⇒ All equipment must be treated with care.
⇒ No food, drinks, shoes, face paint, or sharp objects are allowed on the equipment.
⇒ Any damage caused during the event will be the financial responsibility of the client.

6. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Events)
⇒ Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions.
⇒ In case of unsafe weather (rain, strong wind, etc.), we may reschedule or cancel for safety reasons.
⇒ No refunds will be issued due to weather, but rescheduling options may be provided.

7. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
⇒ We will deliver, set up, and dismantle the equipment at the agreed time.
⇒ The client must ensure clear access to the setup location. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced rental time.
